HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
We ask that the full balance be paid at the time of booking. Alternatively deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or pay pal. Cash is also accepted.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP/ COLLECT THE MAGIC MIRROR?
It takes approx 45 minutes to set up and about 30 minutes to pack up the Magic Mirror. The Photo Stars team always arrive with plenty of time to set up the equipment, ensuring the Magic Mirror is ready before the start of the event.
WHEN I HIRE THE MAGIC MIRROR IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO PROVIDE?
To operate the Magic Mirror you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.
Also, we need at least 2mx3m of available space for the Magic Mirror set up. If you have any concerns about the size of area please do not hesitate to contact us. There is always a solution and the Photo Stars will find it.
DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes, our Magic Mirror carries £2 million Public Liability Cover and is also PAT tested. A certificate available upon request.
